Sosu's Call

Life on the lagoon is unpredictable. It swells when the sea rushes in, and drains just as quickly. But the people who live along its shore treasure the good fishing in the sea and the delicacies and fertile soil of the changing lagoon. Sosu, who does not walk, lives by the lagoon with his family, loving dog and many chickens. The cruel words of other villagers sometimes cause Sosu to suffer, but his loyal dog Fusa is always there to cheer him up. When a dangerous storm brings the sea into the village, Sosu has a brilliant idea that spurs him to action. His quick thinking and fast action alert the villagers to the danger and saves the community from disaster.
